This is a course for those who want to understand their relationship with food and movement, and how this relationship is keeping you stuck in the diet rollercoaster.
You see, I have been there and done that. I suffered with emotional and compulsive eating for years. I tried so many fad diets I can't name them all. I tried diet pills that wreaked havoc on my thyroid and metabolism. I felt like I had tried everything. I figured this was how life was going to always be for me. A rollercoaster. Some weeks I ate well and worked out, and felt good in my body. Others, I over ate, craved food, and felt guilty for not working out and for everything I put in my mouth.
This course is for anyone who has struggled with weight loss, body image, and has yo-yo dieted and wants lasting results to feel and be healthier.
There are no prerequisites, all I ask is that you are open minded to the process.
The definition of insanity is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results.
For this course, be open to try new things. You are here most likely because nothing has truly worked for you YET.
This is because you continue to approach food, weight loss, and your body from the same mindset and only change the diet(tool) in which you use. WE have to change the mindset and beliefs first so the tools can work.
