Meaghan's program and approach felt like they were written for ME! Many of the strategies used met my ideal and specific needs. Prior to working with Meaghan my relationship with food was non-functional. Food was always on my mind and self-sabotage with food was common. I came across Meaghan's coaching 6 months ago, I had struggled with keeping weight off and I was frustrated with my current personal trainer. So get this, sometimes life is stressful and everything seems to come at you all at once. And you feel disorganized. Well then you can get a planner and try to sort things out or have a life coach who is like a life support. I believe human interaction is much better and your planner can't hear you out or talk to you. Lol Meghan was amazing. She helped me through hardships and gave me amazing advice that are life changing. She asks what your goals are and is an amazing support to follow through with your goals. I am starting school, finding some time to myself since I'm a mom also and be sane and healthy for him and my family. I also followed through with her eating habits advice and exercise program. Meghan is caring and listens to you, whether your having a bad day or not. And I know I had awful days cause I was sick all the time lol. Take it from me money well worth spent to have Meghan as a coach. You will take the life changing coaching with you and why not care a little more about yourself.
