Most diets and weight loss plans would tell you to cut out sugar, donuts, and similar foods. They say these are allowed on your cheat days or not at all.  I say, screw that!

If you deny yourself what you love, it’ll just backfire and lead to unhealthy thoughts and habits. Instead, learn why you overeat these foods and feel guilt around them.

ENJOY the foods you love. Instead of fearing the donut, enjoy it, savor each bite, and then move on with your day. Don’t overthink it or get a second. And enjoy the day guilt free.
